These terms govern your use of uzairtitus.com and any product or service purchased through it, operated by SOVRANT (PTY) LTD (“we,” “us,” “our”), including membership and the ATM (Attraction To Money) 1:1 session. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
What we offer
The site provides a membership subscription (R149/month) giving access to members-only content, and the ATM 1:1 session — a paid, scheduled one-on-one video call. Both are described in more detail where they're offered for sale.
Payment
Membership is billed monthly. The ATM session is a one-time payment, shown in USD but charged in South African Rand at the live conversion rate displayed before you pay — the amount shown at checkout is the exact amount charged.
Refunds & cancellation
Refund and cancellation terms for both membership and the ATM session are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
The ATM 1:1 session
The session is scheduled only after payment clears. You'll receive a calendar invite and Zoom link once your slot is confirmed. Rescheduling or cancelling is subject to the day-based refund schedule in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. The session is a coaching/educational conversation — it is not financial, legal, or professional advice, and no specific outcome or result is guaranteed.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or its content, including reselling or redistributing paid content or session recordings without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or its content. Nothing here limits liability that can't be excluded under South African law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the offer evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. For the ATM session specifically, the version of the Refund & Cancellation Policy you agreed to at checkout is the one that applies to your booking, regardless of later updates.
